Tarot in 5 Minutes by Karina Collins is a well written beginners guide to the Tarot; that may also offer a few new insights to seasoned readers. The book is written in a manner that makes the reader feel like they are having a conversation about Tarot while sitting around the kitchen table with friends.

Tarot in 5 Minutes is a full color paperback book that gives a wonderful introduction to the Tarot and provides insights and details for every card, from Ms. Collins perspective. The images used through out the book are from the Rider-Waite-Smith Watercolor Edition and compliment her writing style.

Ms. Collins take on the Tarot is very positive.  Let’s look at the Tower for instance.  Her spin is that the Tower strips away any false sense of security in the your home, relationships, etc… but you will eventually become excited about what is unfolding.

The book also includes some 3 card spreads and lesson readings in the back.

This book would be fantastic for those who are working with their very first readings all the way through the experienced readers who are wanting to see some new things in the cards.
